Graduated from the Academy of Nursing of Saint Carolus Jakarta in 1987, Nurse Yanti was in charge of the Internal Ward until 1991. Afterwards she has worked as nurse in charge of several clinics in Jakarta, such as Medikaloka Healthcare Kuningan Jakarta, Klinik Mutiara Jakarta, and Medika Plaza Jakarta.
She then joined PT Global Assistance and Healthcare as a nurse escort, a position she held from 1994 until 2022. During her tenure she was part of the air ambulance and commercial medical evacuation and repatriation team. She was also an Assistant Manager for their on-site Medical Services division, responsible for clinics at remote sites. Nurse Yanti is also a First Aid Trainer since 2010, and certified BLS and holds a ACLS from the AHA.
